Global Sky Education has developed a holistic curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. The play-based curriculum centres on engaging programs that help children take the first steps towards a lifetime of learning.
The Reggio Emilia Approach is an educational philosophy developed by a teacher, Loris Malaguzzi, and the parents of the villages around Reggio Emilia in Italy after World War II. It embeds the principles of respect, responsibility, and community into programs that provide children with the chance to explore and discover. Educators provide a supportive and enriching environment where children can learn by following their interests.
The curriculum brings together the interactions, experiences, activities, routines and events, either planned or unplanned, that occur each day. Educators observe children in activities, compare, discuss and interpret observations together, and along with the children make choices about future activities for fun and learning. Children are encouraged to safely and securely explore their world, guided by teachers who share their sense of adventure and "amazement".
The curriculum also celebrates diversity, with inclusive programs that aim to remove barriers and ensure every child feels welcome, accepted and part of the centre 'family'.
Among the longest-running centres in our communities — real local people, like a home away from home.
Every family and culture belongs. Japanese lessons run across all our centres, with Spanish, French, Chinese and sign language taught at some locations.
Inclusions tailored to each location, without compromising on quality — and with the new subsidy changes, most families pay less.
Controlled access for added peace of mind.
Clear policies that protect children's safety, privacy and wellbeing.
All educators hold a current Blue Card, and all staff provide a national police clearance on employment.
Shade, sunscreen and carefully managed nutrition.
Fees are set by each centre, so the daily fee differs from location to location. You will find the current fee on your centre's own page. From January 2026, the Government's 3 Day Guarantee gives eligible families at least three subsidised days each week, and most families also receive the Child Care Subsidy*.

Estimate your out-of-pocket fee
* The Child Care Subsidy is not available to every family, and the percentage applies to the Government’s hourly rate cap rather than to the full fee, so the amount you receive will differ. Use the calculator for an estimate based on your own circumstances.

What a Stay and Play morning involves, and what to look for while you are in the room.

What your child would be doing at half past nine on a Tuesday, and how that becomes learning you can see.

What reaches you during the day, what to expect and what not to, and how to ask for more.
